| RETURNS All returns require an authorization code (RAC#). We cannot accept returns without an RAC#. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us at our Contact Page with the details, and to request a RAC#. We must be notified within 14 days of purchase and product must be unopened and in original condition. At the time that we supply the RAC#, we will also provide all the details for the procedure to follow for the return, including the address to ship the return to. All returns must be sent prepaid within 14 days of the date received. No collect shipments will be accepted. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping returns, we recommend that you insure the product(s) for the full value. In the event that your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt for a resolution. |
